unemployment part-1 (eng)

UNEMPLOYMENT (PART-I)

I belong to a lower middle class family and am a citizen of India, educated, and even aware of the basic needs of life,
food, clothing and a shelter !!
If we leave other material things, then our basic needs are these three. The family is responsible for the fulfillment of these three. But till when...... !!! Until we stand on our feet. What does it mean to stand on feet?
Employment....!
You must be thinking what's new in this? Many things have been written, said and heard on this. I also want to say the same. Really ! This is not a new thing at all. Barring the pre-independence period, the situation of our country has not changed in this context since it became independent. That is why one of the eminent poets of that time, Nagarjuna ji has said…
The country is hungry, naked, injured, from unemployment,
not full of bread and health, from beggar to rate.
Due to the corrupt mechanisms of governance, five-year plans also could never hit the ground, and government policies left us nowhere, the situation remains as it is. But I do not mean just employment in governmental systems but also to create and provide employment opportunities in any field by creating some form of employment. Are we or is our system, able to do this? Probably not.
Was the previous governments honest about this? And if it was, why are the figures of unemployment so frightening? Whenever I read and assess writers and poets right after independence, I find that unemployment was already there and was at its peak and presently the climax too Is on

                                                                                                      To be continued.....................
