UNEMPLOYMENT -II 

That is why some one has said on unemployment and other issues ……. 

                           Five year plan, not one or three!
                           Paper flowers took away the smell of everyone !!

These lines were written at a time when thirteen years passed since independence. That is, even at that time the poet was vocal about unemployment and was opposing government policies and mechanisms. But due to unemployment, even food and drink were unavailable for many people. But the ears of the governance systems have not stood up till date. Unemployment figures are even more frightening if some states are specifically talked about. The question is, why is there such a scenario even today ..?
 Are governments helpless which cannot bring any level of investment…? 
Do governments not have funds that cannot scuttle or revive some factories ..? 
Do governments lack an educated class…? 
Do governments have a shortage of human resources …….?
 Do governments have a shortage of natural resources ……?

                                 i think it is not at all. The apathy of the present or past governments has filled the people with despair. People do not understand what to do, what not to do. Some people will also find such people who get some employment in private institutions or in factories for a few days, but after some time they become wandering, .i.e wandering in search of new job.

        The condition of lower class and lower middle class is worst. But the middle class has more misdeeds. As most of the middle class people are educated and they spend many years searching for a work of style, many people also pass a long time in searching a job fit for him or her . Because they cannot do the work like the lower class, because educated people are self-respecting somewhere and they want to choose the profession according to their education. And perhaps this is also the reason for unemployment of such educated people somewhere. Because they are not able to do any other work. Many employment courses are conducted by governments, but what is the use of them when there is no employment. Many schemes are carried out to increase the skill of the people, but what is the result, Dhak ke teen paat (hindi proverb means nothing found )

            Particularly the feeling of despair among the youth group affects any country in many ways. Just say that there is not only a slowness in the development of the country, but also comes to a standstill. Because they have to struggle day by day from the means of their living. In the process of making oneself self-reliant, it has been a position to throw. In this sequence, millions of people have to go through a kind of disappointment that is destroying  their mental consciousness and their positive thinking. 

            Still, this question stands on the left side - Why ? 
(1) Government machinery 
(2) Large population 
(3) Unhelpful educational system 
(4) Semi skills 
(5) Economic weakness or 

       Then those themselves who are unable to choose the right career for their livelihood. Do not stay focused on the right things according to your ability. I consider it a big reason for unemployment ....... how? I will keep discussing this in my further article.
